Mautrice Walter is the founder and Managing of Emerald Equity, LLC over sees the company's acquisitions and business-related development activities. He also directs Emerald Equity overall investment strategy. He brings to the company over 20 years of construction management and new business development.
In addition to current investment Emerald Equity, LLC Mr. Walter is the managing member of Walter Louis Contracting a mobile home construction company who specializes in rehabbing homes, performing quality work, revitalizing the community and helping people find affordable housing in mobile home park and mobile homes on land. He is also the managing member of O2K Companies which is a consulting company.
Mr. Walter is currently a Heavy Civil Estimator for a General Contractor in Georgia. He graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University with a bachelor's in construction management, and an associate degree from Gwinnett Technical College.
